The Lydec 7/24 mobile application has been redesigned and now offers a wider range of digital features for an enhanced user experience.

Users can easily access all their information and the e-services provided:

1. Access to the Dashboard where contracts, invoices, outstanding payments - both personal and on behalf of others - and consumption details are displayed.
2. Benefit from e-Services (e-Connection, e-Subscription, e-Termination) and monitor their real-time progress in the Back Office.
3. Receive advice on optimizing consumption management.
4. Submit requests (events, incidents, complaints, etc.) and remotely track their processing stages.
5. Contact a customer service representative by calling the Customer Care Center at: 0522 31 20 20.
